Check Your Faucet

Make sure your faucet is compatible. Hydro fits most standard taps—if needed, use one of the included adapters.

Step 2

Remove the Aerator

Unscrew the existing aerator (metal mesh) from your faucet. If it’s stuck, use a wrench with a cloth to prevent scratches.

Choose the Right Adapter

If your faucet is not directly compatible, use one of the included adapters and screw it on securely.

Step 4

Screw on the Hydro filter

Place the Hydro filter onto the prepared faucet piece and turn it clockwise until it is securely tightened. Ensure a firm fit with no gaps for optimal filtration.

Check for leaks

Turn on the faucet slowly and check if any water leaks from the sides. If necessary, tighten the filter further or use an additional gasket.

Flush the filter

Let the water run for about 30 seconds to activate the filter and flush out any residual particles from production.
